Sculptra and Radiesse work differently from hyaluronic acid filler. Rather than adding volume directly, they prompt your own fibroblasts to lay down new collagen. The change arrives over months instead of the same day, and it improves the quality of the skin itself rather than only its shape.

What to expect
This can depend on if we are treating or maintaining. Treatment is typically a series, and how many you need can depend on many factors. Biostimulators are not reversible the way hyaluronic acid is, which is why it is important to have these done with someone with expertise.
